He has held senior executive positions in the public, business and not-for-profit sectors and has over 20 years of experience as an organisational consultant. His main focus areas are building leadership practice, leading change, shaping culture and creating team and group engagement. He has a particular interest in transforming performance in complex and uncertain environments. Barry is a qualified facilitator, mediator, therapist, executive coach and team coach.
